Dr. Ambalicka Sood Jacob is presently working as Associate Professor, S.S.S., Department of Fine Arts and In charge, Museum and Art Gallery, Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab. Having her Ph.D. on ‘Sculptures from Punjab with special reference to Sanghol’, today she is a well-known name in the field of art history, paintings and sculptures. In her academic endeavor she has the credit of publication of books— ‘Madhushala: Karoge Yaad Toh; Drawings, Paintings and Beyond’, ‘The Virtual World- Riding the Rainbow, ‘Maternal Metaphor in Art: The Woman, The Womb and Wisdom', Parchhaiyaa’n: Collection of Paintings, ‘Musical Modes in Visual Forms’: A Journey through the Creative Minds’ and ‘Sculptures from Punjab’. Besides, she has in her account the publication of over 50 research articles in journas of national and international repute. Dr. Sood has also private collection of paintings over 50 in number.
Since 2011 Dr Arvind Kumar Singh is working as an Assistant Professor, School of Buddhist Studies and Civilization, and Director, International Affairs, Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (INDIA). Before joining Gautam Buddha University, he worked at the Department of Buddhist Studies, University of Delhi from 2006-2011. He has authored five books on Buddhism and more than 80 research papers. He is associated with many Academic Organizations in various capacities of International Institutes and visited almost all the Buddhist countries.
Born and brought up in Jammu and Kashmir, India Dr. Suresh Kumar is presently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Buddhist Studies, Nava Nalanda Mahavihara, Nalanda (Bihar). Earlier he served as Assistant Director (Research) in Indian Council of Historical Research- An autonomous organization under Ministry of Education, Government of India. He had also been nominated a Member of State Advisory Board for the Development of Pahari Speaking People by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir (2014-18). In his academic endeavor, he has attended and presented papers in more than 62 national and international seminars/conferences in India and abroad so far and has the credit of publishing one book entitled Buddhist Ethics: Relevance and Impact on Contemporary Society and 23 Research papers in the journals of international repute. He has done his PhD and Master Degree in Buddhist Studies and Master Degree in Physics from University of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
Dr. Suresh is also associated with many academic and social organizations. He is well-known for his writings and speeches on the contemporary issues. He has good experience in the field of research, administration, teaching and journalism.
